At KM Leaks & Watermains, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction services and materials. Due to the nature of our work, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Services (Labour & Installation)

Once construction work has commenced, payments made for labour and services are non-refundable.

If a client is dissatisfied with completed work, we must be notified in writing within 7 days of project completion.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer corrective work at no additional cost.
3. Materials Supplied by Us
