Refund Policy

1. Overview
At KM Leaks & Watermains, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction services and materials. Due to the nature of our work, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Services (Labour & Installation)

  • Once construction work has commenced, payments made for labour and services are non-refundable.

  • If a client is dissatisfied with completed work, we must be notified in writing within 7 days of project completion.

  • We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer corrective work at no additional cost.

3. Materials Supplied by Us

  • Materials supplied by [Your Company Name] may be eligible for return only if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made, special-order, or perishable materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return shipping or collection costs may be deducted from any refund issued.

4. Client-Supplied Materials

  • We are not responsible for the quality, suitability, or return of materials supplied by the client.

  • Any defects or returns must be handled directly with the original supplier.

5. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are required to secure booking and cover initial costs.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

  • Cancellations made prior to this may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.

6. Project Changes & Variations

  • Any changes requested after work has begun may affect the total cost and timeline.

  • Additional charges will be agreed upon before proceeding with variations.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 days via the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deduct costs for labour already completed, materials used, and any incurred expenses.
