Lead pipe leak
Diagnosed and successfully repaired an underground lead water leak that had previously gone unresolved. Investigated customer concerns regarding low water pressure and visible water surfacing near the property. Carried out a few digs and located the source of the issue. Completed the repair, restoring full water pressure and stopping the leak. leaving the customer satisfied with improved water flow and no further issues.

Leak on outside stop tap
The customer was informed by United Utilities that they had a leak. United Utilities had only just fitted a new boundary box with a meter.
The leak was on a Lead fitting United Utilities installed, job done United Utilities informed that they need to come out and sort the issue as it's off boundary.
Another happy customer.

Lead pipe replacement
The customer had a Lead Common water supply running through his kitchen that also supplied four other houses. The lead pipe had a small pin hole leak. (New kitchen getting fitted)
-Dug the floor up 3 meters
-Removed old lead and tap
-Replaced with blue 25mm MDPE pipe
-Installed a new stop tap & Drain off
-Connected it to existing cold feed
-Back filled ready for his new kitchen to be fitted.
